Enter the query into the form above. You can look for specific version of a package by using @ symbol like this: gcc@10.
API method:
GET /api/packages?search=hello&page=1&limit=20
where search is your query, page is a page number and limit is a number of items on a single page. Pagination information (such as a number of pages and etc) is returned
in response headers.

Rbec is a adapted version of DADA2 for analyzing amplicon sequencing data from synthetic communities (SynComs), where the reference sequences for each strain exists. Rbec can not only accurately profile the microbial compositions in SynComs, but also predict the contaminants in SynCom samples.
Various databases of microRNA Targets.
This package provides a package containing an environment representing the RAE230B.CDF file.
This package provides utilities to re-use content across chapters of a Bioconductor book. This is mostly based on functionality developed while writing the OSCA book, but generalized for potential use in other large books with heavy compute. Also contains some functions to assist book deployment.
RNA-seq, sample size.
RTNsurvival is a tool for integrating regulons generated by the RTN package with survival information. For a given regulon, the 2-tailed GSEA approach computes a differential Enrichment Score (dES) for each individual sample, and the dES distribution of all samples is then used to assess the survival statistics for the cohort. There are two main survival analysis workflows: a Cox Proportional Hazards approach used to model regulons as predictors of survival time, and a Kaplan-Meier analysis assessing the stratification of a cohort based on the regulon activity. All plots can be fine-tuned to the user's specifications.
Codelink Rat Whole Genome Bioarray (~34 000 rat gene targets) annotation data (chip rwgcod) assembled using data from public repositories.
tools for building book.
Package provides RPPA datasets from The Cancer Genome Atlas Project for all available cohorts types from http://gdac.broadinstitute.org/. Data format is explained here https://wiki.nci.nih.gov/display/TCGA/Protein+Array +Data+Format+Specification?src=search.

The package analyzes the Curve ROC, identificates it among different types of Curve ROC and calculates the area under de curve through the method that is most accuracy. This package is able to standarizate proper and improper pAUC.
Use A Resampling-Based Empirical Bayes Approach to Assess Differential Expression in Two-Color Microarrays and RNA-Seq data sets.
The package includes functions to build restriction enzyme cut site (RECS) map, distribute mapped sequences on the map with five different approaches, find enriched/depleted RECSs for a sample, and identify differentially enriched/depleted RECSs between samples.
This package was automatically created by package AnnotationForge version 1.11.21. The probe sequence data was obtained from http://www.affymetrix.com. The file name was RaGene-1\_0-st-v1\_probe\_tab.
Companion data sets to showcase the functionality of the ReactomeGSA package. This package contains proteomics and RNA-seq data of the melanoma B-cell induction study by Griss et al. and scRNA-seq data from Jerby-Arnon et al.
"Spaced Words Projection (SWeeP)" is a method for representing biological sequences using vectors preserving inter-sequence comparability.
Parses BioPAX files and represents them in R, at the moment BioPAX level 2 and level 3 are supported.
This package contains code to illustrate the Using R and Bioconductor for proteomics data analysis and Visualisation of proteomics data using R and Bioconductor manuscripts. The vignettes describe the code and data needed to reproduce the examples and figures described in the paper and functionality for proteomics visualisation. It also contain various function to discover R software for mass spectrometry and proteomics.
RNAmodR.AlkAnilineSeq implements the detection of m7G, m3C and D modifications on RNA from experimental data generated with the AlkAnilineSeq protocol. The package builds on the core functionality of the RNAmodR package to detect specific patterns of the modifications in high throughput sequencing data.
This package provides a package containing an environment representing the Rice.cdf file.

Interactive viewing and exploration of graphs, connecting R to Cytoscape.js, using websockets.
The Common Workflow Language (CWL) is an open standard for development of data analysis workflows that is portable and scalable across different tools and working environments. Rcwl provides a simple way to wrap command line tools and build CWL data analysis pipelines programmatically within R. It increases the ease of usage, development, and maintenance of CWL pipelines.
