Tk is a graphical toolkit for building graphical user interfaces (GUIs) in the Tcl language.
TkRev (formerly TkCVS) is a Tcl/Tk-based graphical interface to the CVS, Subversion and Git configuration management systems. It will also help with RCS. It shows the status of the files in the current working directory, and has tools for tagging, merging, checking in/out, and other user operations. TkDiff is included for browsing and merging your changes.
Tklib is a collection of common utility functions and modules for Tk, all written in high-level Tcl. Examples of provided widgets:
chatwidget
datefield
tooltip
cursor
ipentry
tablelist
history
tkpiechart
ico
crosshair
ntext
plotchart
ctext
autosscroll
canvas
PGR-TK provides pangenome assembly management, query and Minimizer Anchored Pangenome Graph Generation. It is a project to provide Python and Rust libraries to facilitate pangenomics analysis. Several algorithms and data structures used for the Peregrine Genome Assembler are useful for Pangenomics analysis as well. This repo takes those algorithms and data structure, combining other handy 3rd party tools to expose them as a library in Python (with Rust code for those computing parts that need performance.)
Tk is a Graphical User Interface ToolKit.
Facilitate the management of data from knowledge resources that are frequently used alone or together in research environments. In TKCat', knowledge resources are manipulated as modeled database (MDB) objects. These objects provide access to the data tables along with a general description of the resource and a detail data model documenting the tables, their fields and their relationships. These MDBs are then gathered in catalogs that can be easily explored an shared. Finally, TKCat provides tools to easily subset, filter and combine MDBs and create new catalogs suited for specific needs.
This package provides a Tcl/Tk Graphical User Interface (GUI) to display images than can be zoomed and panned using the mouse and keyboard shortcuts. tkImgR
read and write different image formats (PPM/PGM, PNG and GIF) using the standard Tcl/Tk distribution (>=8.6), but other formats (JPEG, TIFF, CR2) can be handled using the tkImg
package for Tcl/Tk'.
The tkrplot package lets you place R graphics in a Tk, cross-platform graphical user interface toolkit widget.
Display a plot in a Tk canvas.
This package implements widgets to provide user interfaces.
The package provides styles for drawing Object-Role Model (ORM) diagrams in TeX based on the PGF and TikZ picture environment.
The tkz-fct
package is designed to give math teachers (and students) easy access to programming graphs of functions with TikZ and Gnuplot.
The package provides comprehensive facilities for preparing lists of signs and variations, using PGF. This package has been taken temporarily out of circulation to give the author time to investigate some problems.
This bundle offers a documentation class (tkz-doc
) and a package (tkzexample
). These files are used in the documentation of the author's packages tkz-base
, tkz-euclide
, tkz-fct
, tkz-linknodes
, and tkz-tab
.
The bundle is a set of packages, designed to give mathematics teachers (and students) easy access to programming of drawings with TikZ.
The package is designed to create graph diagrams as simply as possible, using TikZ.
The package provides a collection of useful macros for drawing classic graphs of graph theory, or to make other graphs. This package has been taken temporarily out of circulation to give the author time to investigate some problems.
This package is needed to compile the documentation of all tkz- packages (like tkz-euclide
).
The tkz-euclide
package is a set of files designed to give math teachers and students easy access to the programming of Euclidean geometry with TikZ.
This package provides some commands to help French mathematics teachers for high school students, with graphs of functions. It can define and draw functions and interpolations curves, it works with integrals, tangents...
This package provides a library written in Lua, allowing to make all the necessary calculations to define the objects of a Euclidean geometry figure. The definitions and calculations are only done with Lua. At the moment, once the calculations are done, tkz-euclide
, or TikZ, do the drawings.
This is a package for representing Bernoulli trees with PGF/TikZ.
This package provides a GPG pinentry program for use with trezor-agent
, or for people with number-only PINs. It displays a grid of unlabeled buttons and supports configurable keyboard settings.
This package provides both library functions and a command-line tool to query information regarding the number of CPUs available to the system.
