Network is a prevalent form of data structure in many fields. As an object of analysis, many distance or metric measures have been proposed to define the concept of similarity between two networks. We provide a number of distance measures for networks. See Jurman et al (2011) <doi:10.3233/978-1-60750-692-8-227> for an overview on spectral class of inter-graph distance measures.

') in the console.
This package provides functions for modelling microbial inactivation under isothermal or dynamic conditions. The calculations are based on several mathematical models broadly used by the scientific community and industry. Functions enable to make predictions for cases where the kinetic parameters are known. It also implements functions for parameter estimation for isothermal and dynamic conditions. The model fitting capabilities include an Adaptive Monte Carlo method for a Bayesian approach to parameter estimation.
Means to predict process flow, such as process outcome, next activity, next time, remaining time, and remaining trace. Off-the-shelf predictive models based on the concept of Transformers are provided, as well as multiple ways to customize the models. This package is partly based on work described in Zaharah A. Bukhsh, Aaqib Saeed, & Remco M. Dijkman. (2021). "ProcessTransformer

ansi_colours
is a library which converts between 24-bit sRGB colours and 8-bit colour palette used by ANSI terminals such as xterm
on rxvt-unicode
in 256-colour mode. The most common use case is when using 24-bit colours in a terminal emulator which only support 8-bit colour palette. This package allows true-colours to be approximated by values supported by the terminal.
Two-step and maximum likelihood estimation of Heckman-type sample selection models: standard sample selection models (Tobit-2), endogenous switching regression models (Tobit-5), sample selection models with binary dependent outcome variable, interval regression with sample selection (only ML estimation), and endogenous treatment effects models. These methods are described in the three vignettes that are included in this package and in econometric textbooks such as Greene (2011, Econometric Analysis, 7th edition, Pearson).

Identification of the most likely gene or genes through which variation at a given genomic locus in the human genome acts. The most basic functionality assumes that the closer gene is to the input locus, the more likely the gene is to be causative. Additionally, any empirical data that links genomic regions to genes (e.g. eQTL
or genome conformation data) can be used if it is supplied in the UCSC .BED file format.
