Synopsis: Estimate Parameters of the Best-Fitting JohnsonSU Distribution

Uses least squares optimisation to estimate the parameters of the best-fitting JohnsonSU distribution for a given dataset, with the possibility of the distributions corresponding to the limiting cases of the JohnsonSU distribution.
