This shows how NONMEM(R) software works. NONMEM's classical estimation methods like First Order(FO) approximation', First Order Conditional Estimation(FOCE)', and Laplacian approximation are explained.

This package provides a complete interface to LibBi', a library for Bayesian inference (see <https://libbi.org> and Murray, 2015 <doi:10.18637/jss.v067.i10> for more information). This includes functions for manipulating LibBi models, for reading and writing LibBi input/output files, for converting LibBi output to provide traces for use with the coda package, and for running LibBi to conduct inference.
Downloads spatial data from spatiotemporal asset catalogs ('STAC'), computes standard spectral indices from the Awesome Spectral Indices project (Montero et al. (2023) <doi:10.1038/s41597-023-02096-0>) against raster data, and glues the outputs together into predictor bricks. Methods focus on interoperability with the broader spatial ecosystem; function arguments and outputs use classes from sf and terra', and data downloading functions support complex CQL2 queries using rstac'.
RDKit is a C++ and Python library for cheminformatics, which includes (among other things) the analysis and modification of molecules in 2D and 3D and descriptor generation for machine learning.
This package provides a modern module system for R. Organize code into hierarchical, composable, reusable modules, and use it effortlessly across projects via a flexible, declarative dependency loading syntax.
This package provides a suite of tools designed to build attractive command line interfaces (CLIs). It includes tools for drawing rules, boxes, trees, and Unicode symbols with ASCII alternatives.
This is a package containing Public Key Infrastructure functions such as verifying certificates, RSA encryption and signing, which can be used to build PKI infrastructure and perform cryptographic tasks.
The transmission between two time-series prices is assessed. It contains several functions for linear and nonlinear threshold co-integration, and furthermore, symmetric and asymmetric error correction models.
Streamline the management, analysis, and visualization of CORINE Land Cover data. Addresses challenges associated with its classification system and related styles, such as color mappings and descriptive labels.

Despite the recent advances of modern GWAS methods, it still remains an important problem of addressing calculation an effect size and corresponding p-value for the whole gene rather than for single variant. The R- package rqt offers gene-level GWAS meta-analysis. For more information, see: "Gene-set association tests for next-generation sequencing data" by Lee et al (2016), Bioinformatics, 32(17), i611-i619, <doi:10.1093/bioinformatics/btw429>.
This package provides a transcriptional regulatory network (TRN) consists of a collection of transcription factors (TFs) and the regulated target genes. TFs are regulators that recognize specific DNA sequences and guide the expression of the genome, either activating or repressing the expression the target genes. The set of genes controlled by the same TF forms a regulon. This package provides classes and methods for the reconstruction of TRNs and analysis of regulons.
Rare Variant Sharing (RVS) implements tests of association and linkage between rare genetic variant genotypes and a dichotomous phenotype, e.g. a disease status, in family samples. The tests are based on probabilities of rare variant sharing by relatives under the null hypothesis of absence of linkage and association between the rare variants and the phenotype and apply to single variants or multiple variants in a region (e.g. gene-based test).
This package provides a menu-driven program and library of functions for carrying out convergence diagnostics and statistical and graphical analysis of Markov chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) sampling output.
This package provides alternative implementations of some base R functions, including sort, order, and match. The functions are simplified but can be faster or have other advantages.
