This package provides a simple wrapper around the Telegram Bot API (<https://core.telegram.org/bots/api>) to access Telegram's messaging facilities with ease (e.g. you send messages, images, files from R to your smartphone).
This package implements the tail-rank statistic for selecting biomarkers from a microarray data set, an efficient nonparametric test focused on the distributional tails. See <https://gitlab.com/krcoombes/coombeslab/-/blob/master/doc/papers/tolstoy-new.pdf>.
Core functions necessary for using The Globe and Mail's R data journalism template, startr', along with utilities for day-to-day data journalism tasks, such as reading and writing files, producing graphics and cleaning up datasets.
transite is a computational method that allows comprehensive analysis of the regulatory role of RNA-binding proteins in various cellular processes by leveraging preexisting gene expression data and current knowledge of binding preferences of RNA-binding proteins.
This package manages the installation of CMake for building Bioconductor packages. This avoids the need for end-users to manually install CMake on their system. No action is performed if a suitable version of CMake is already available.
This package provides a graphical display of a correlation matrix or general matrix. It also contains some algorithms to do matrix reordering. In addition, corrplot is good at details, including choosing color, text labels, color labels, layout, etc.
This package provides support for rendering of formatted text using Grid graphics. Text can be formatted via a minimal subset of Markdown, HTML, and inline CSS directives, and it can be rendered both with and without word wrap.
This is an R package for imputing dropout events. Many statistical methods in cell type identification, visualization and lineage reconstruction do not account for dropout events. DrImpute can improve the performance of such software by imputing dropout events.
Visualise complex relations in texts. This is done by providing functionalities for displaying text co-occurrence networks, text correlation networks, dependency relationships as well as text clustering. Feel free to join the effort of providing interesting text visualisations.
This package provides NetBSD as rumpkernel for the GNU/Hurd, so that the Hurd may be installed on iron. Using this rumpkernel package, the hurd package's rumpdisk can be built which provides the pci.arbiter and rumpdisk servers.
An R interface to the Chemistry Development Kit, a Java library for chemoinformatics. Given the size of the library itself, this package is not expected to change very frequently. To make use of the CDK within R, it is suggested that you use the rcdk package. Note that it is possible to directly interact with the CDK using rJava'. However rcdk exposes functionality in a more idiomatic way. The CDK library itself is released as LGPL and the sources can be obtained from <https://github.com/cdk/cdk>.
HydroBudget is a spatially distributed groundwater recharge model that computes a superficial water budget on grid cells with outputs aggregated into monthly time steps. It was developed as an accessible and computationally affordable model to simulate groundwater recharge over large areas (thousands of km2, regional-scale watersheds) and for long time periods (decades), in cold and humid climates. Model algorithms are based on the research of Dubois, E. et al. (2021a) <doi:10.5683/SP3/EUDV3H> and Dubois, E. et al. (2021b) <doi:10.5194/hess-25-6567-2021>.
Robust tests (RW and RF) are provided for testing the equality of two long-tailed symmetric (LTS) means when the variances are unknown and arbitrary. RW test is a robust version of Welch's two sample t test and the RF is a robust fiducial based test. The RW and RF tests are proposed using the adaptive modified maximum likelihood (AMML) estimators derived by Tiku and Surucu (2009) <doi:10.1016/j.spl.2008.12.001> and Donmez (2010) <https://open.metu.edu.tr/bitstream/handle/11511/19440/index.pdf>.
udevil is a command line program that mounts and unmounts removable devices without a password, shows device info, and monitors device changes. It can also mount ISO files, NFS, SMB, FTP, SSH and WebDAV URLs, and tmpfs/ramfs filesystems.
We provide a framework for testing the probability of ruin in the classical (compound Poisson) risk process. It also includes some procedures for assessing and comparing the performance between the bootstrap test and the test using asymptotic normality.
The purpose of this package is to fit the three Spatial Econometric Models proposed in Anselin (1988, ISBN:9024737354) in the homoscedastic and the heteroscedatic case. The fit is made through MCMC algorithms and observational working variables approach.
